Chinese roots and a lifelong commitment to cultural heritage.
A life shaped across cultures.
From finance in Hong Kong to international engagement in New York, Winny Power’s career has always been about connecting people, ideas and opportunity.

Global experience.
Human connection.
Winny Power is a Chinese American entrepreneur and international affairs professional with a career spanning finance, business development, media, education and cross-cultural engagement.
Born in Fujian, China, she spent more than 15 years in Hong Kong’s financial sector, including senior investment-management experience and work with significant client accounts. She later lived in Tokyo, where she studied Japanese, and in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh before returning to New York in 2013.
Her experience includes commercial and luxury real estate, cross-border investment support, international market development and public-facing media. In 2017, she founded Times Square Global Live in New York as an independent bilingual platform covering global affairs, governance, sustainability, culture and business.
Today, Winny serves as Chief Representative to the United Nations and Director of International Affairs for Track Nepal, an NGO with ECOSOC consultative status; Vice President of the U.S.–China Entrepreneurs Association; and Greater China representative for The Hague Global Business School.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Fuzhou dialect, with experience in Japanese, Winny works naturally across cultures and communities.
Rooted in heritage.
Guided by humanity.
Winny’s approach is shaped by Chinese cultural values, Buddhist reflection and a belief that meaningful work begins with how people treat one another.
She is known for working through personal trust rather than transactional networking. She values loyalty, cultural curiosity, direct communication and time to think. Her interest in art, heritage and spiritual practice brings a human dimension to her business and diplomatic work—especially initiatives involving women, youth, education, inclusion and cultural preservation.
For Winny, success is not measured by the number of people one knows, but by the quality of relationships one sustains and the opportunities those relationships create for others.
More than 15 years in finance, investment and relationship management.
Two years of cultural immersion and Japanese-language study.
First-hand experience of Gulf business and international life.
International business, media, NGO engagement and global convening.

Trust before transaction

Strategy with context
Every market and institution has its own language. Understanding it changes outcomes.
Purpose with action
Ideas matter when they lead to practical cooperation and shared value.
